Liability for contents
We took great care in the creation of these pages. We cannot, however, accept any liability for the correctness, completeness and current status of the contents. As a service provider, according to § 7 paragraph 1 TMG (German Teleservices Act) we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to general law. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG we are not obliged, as service provider, to monitor transmitted or stored outside information or carry out investigations into circumstances that may indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general law remain unaffected. However, such liability is only possible commencing at the time of knowledge of a concrete infringement of law. If we become aware of such infringements we will remove the relevant content immediately.
Liability for links
Our site contains links to external websites of third parties over the content of which we have no control. Therefore we cannot accept any responsibility for said external content. The relevant operator or provider is always responsible for the content of linked pages. Linked pages are checked at the time of linking for possible legal infringements. Illegal contents were not evident at the time of linking. However, permanent monitoring of contents of linked pages cannot be expected without concrete evidence of legal infringements. If we become aware of such infringements we remove relevant links immediately.
The contents and works on these pages prepared by the page operator are subject to German copyright. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution or any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright require the written consent of the author or creator. Downloads and copies of these pages are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the content of a page was not prepared by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is marked as such. Should you nonetheless become aware of copyright infringement, please let us know. If we become aware of infringements we will remove relevant links immediately.
The use of our website is generally possible without the need to provide personal information. Insofar as personal data (for example name, address or email address) are collected on our pages, this is as far as possible done on a voluntary basis. Such data shall not be passed on to third parties without your specific authorisation.
We would like to point out that data transmission on the internet (such as during email communication) may demonstrate security gaps. Perfect protection of data against the access of third parties is not possible.
The use by third parties of contact data published in the context of publisher’s obligations to send advertising and information materials not specifically requested is herewith expressly ruled out. The site operators specifically reserve the right to take legal action if unrequested advertising is sent out, for example as spam email.
